Rakshith Ashwath is an engineer by profession and a musician by passion. He is a singer, composer, and instrumentalist who
plays the Keyboard and Harmonium.

He has sung in various light music albums. Further, he has also composed music for various YouTube releases, short movies, and theatre productions. He has accompanied the Keyboard and Harmonium on various esteemed stages along with renowned artists. He has also been associated with many esteemed theatre groups such as Benaka, Sanchaya, Drishya, VASP and so on.

He has also composed music for the play “Myna” which is a children’s drama curated by Smt. B Jayashree. He managed the music team for the play “Kamaroopigal” which had won the State level Award.

Some of his YouTube releases, such as “Kattaladaru”, ” Muddu Manase”, “Charulathe” gained appreciation from the listeners. He has also performed in colors Kannada’s Anubandha awards 2022. Doordarshan’s Mareyada Manikya, Kasturi Media’s Nodi Swami Naavu Haadode Heege.

Rakshith Ashwath has been nominated as the “General Secretary” for the Karnataka Artistes Association for the year 2024.
