The Karnataka Artistes’ Association (hereafter referred to as “the Association”) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the arts in Karnataka. As a non-profit entity, our primary focus is on serving the community and fostering the growth and development of our artistes. Given the nature of our operations, we do not offer refunds for donations, membership fees, or event participation fees.

2. Donations

All donations made to the Association are non-refundable. Donations are utilized to support our various programs, initiatives, and operational expenses. Once a donation is made, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued. We sincerely appreciate your generous contributions, which help us in achieving our mission.

3. Membership Fees

Membership fees collected by the Association are non-refundable. Membership provides individuals with access to various benefits, resources, and opportunities. By becoming a member, you support our ongoing efforts to nurture and promote the arts. As such, membership fees cannot be refunded once processed.

4. Event Participation Fees

Fees for events organized by the Association, including workshops, performances, and other activities, are non-refundable. These fees cover the costs associated with organizing and conducting events. In the event of a cancellation or change in schedule, the Association will make every effort to notify participants and provide alternative arrangements or rescheduling options.

5. Merchandise and Services

Currently, the Association does not offer any physical merchandise for sale. Any services provided by the Association, such as workshops or classes, are subject to the non-refundable policy outlined above.
